Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Velocity Goal Clash mobile game and any services associated with it that are provided by PROFI KLUB (collectively, the "Application"). PROFI KLUB is referred to throughout this document as the "Service Provider". By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
When you install and interact with Velocity Goal Clash, certain information may be collected automatically. The types of information that may be obtained can include:
The Internet Protocol address assigned to your device
The sections or screens of the Application you access, including the date and time of access and the amount of time spent there
The overall duration of your sessions within the Application
The mobile operating system installed on your device
Cookies and tracking technologies
Velocity Goal Clash and certain third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may employ cookies, software development kits (SDKs), pixels, and comparable technologies to enable features, measure usage, perform analytics, or support service operations. When applicable law requires user permission for non-essential tracking technologies, the Service Provider will request the appropriate consent before activating them.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to obtain access to personal information maintained about you, request corrections, or ask for its deletion. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to learn about the categories of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising applicable privacy rights. The Service Provider may use information supplied by users to provide important service-related communications, legally required notifications, and, where permitted under applicable law, promotional or marketing messages.
To operate particular functions and provide a more effective experience, the Service Provider may sometimes request information that can identify or relate to a user. Any information requested for these purposes will be maintained and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
Information that has been combined, anonymized, or otherwise processed so that it does not identify an individual may be periodically shared with external providers to support analytics, maintenance, optimization, and improvements to the Application and related services. The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties where such disclosure is consistent with the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The Service Provider and selected third-party providers may process or transfer personal information in countries other than the country where you live, including locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If applicable law requires specific protections for international transfers, the Service Provider will rely on legally recognized safeguards, which may include:

Please be aware that Velocity Goal Clash may use third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies and determine how information is processed by those services. The third-party providers used by the Application may include:
The Service Provider may provide User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information to third parties in circumstances such as:
when disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, court orders, subpoenas, or comparable legal procedures;
when the Service Provider has a reasonable and good-faith basis to believe that disclosure is needed to protect its rights, the safety of users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or address a lawful governmental inquiry;
to service providers and contractors that perform authorized functions on behalf of the Service Provider, do not independently use the disclosed information for unrelated purposes, and have agreed to follow applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.
Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent future collection of information from your device by removing Velocity Goal Clash through your device's standard uninstall process. Removing the Application prevents it from collecting additional information from that device, but it does not by itself erase information that was previously sent to the Service Provider or external service providers.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable purposes and retention requirements:
User Provided Data: Maintained throughout your use of the Application and for up to 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by law
Automatically Collected Data: Generally retained for no more than 24 months following collection, unless additional retention is necessary to satisfy legal obligations
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained without a defined expiration period because it cannot reasonably be used to identify you
Data required for legal compliance: Stored for the period mandated by applicable legal or regulatory requirements
You may submit a request to have your personal information deleted, subject to circumstances where applicable law requires continued retention. If you would like the Service Provider to remove User Provided Data submitted through the Application, please contact [email protected]. Certain information may need to remain available where it is necessary for the Application to operate correctly or comply with legal requirements.
Children
Velocity Goal Clash is not directed toward children younger than 13, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.
Where applicable law requires approval from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has submitted personal information contrary to applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove that information from its systems. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has supplied personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so the appropriate steps can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information handled through the Application. Appropriate physical, technical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to help prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse of information maintained by the Service Provider.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident results in a breach involving personal information and notification is required by applicable law, the Service Provider will provide notice in accordance with those legal requirements. Where required, such notice may include information about the general nature of the incident and the measures being taken in response.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, technologies, services, or privacy practices. When material modifications are made, the Service Provider will publish the revised policy together with its applicable effective date. If the law requires consent for a material change, the Service Provider will obtain the necessary consent before implementing that change.

Your Consent
Where your consent is used as the legal basis for processing, you provide consent by actively choosing to enable the applicable feature, service, or action. You may revoke that consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully completed before the withdrawal. Where another lawful basis applies, information may continue to be processed as explained elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
